The candidate must be willing to work in a remote industrial tannery environment in Hemayetpur, Savar, and be comfortable with frequent field visits to tanneries and footwear factories. Applicants should be adaptable, capable of working independently, and able to handle a fast-paced production setting. Strong communication skills, honesty, and a target-oriented mindset are essential. Preference will be given to candidates living nearby or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate with the team to maximize productivity and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
Prepare monthly sales reports, including sales growth analysis and performance updates.
Maintain sound knowledge of the leather sector to support marketing and sales activities.
Identify, develop, and generate new buyers—both local and international.
Promote leather samples to clients and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
Manage and strengthen long-term business relationships with existing and potential buyers.
Provide customers with necessary product information, support, and technical guidance.
Analyze current market conditions and develop strategies to explore new market opportunities for both local and export sales.
Frequently visit tanneries, footwear factories, and related industries to promote products and generate sales leads.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as required.
