Responsibilities & Context:

This role combines front desk responsibilities with accounting support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reception duties, handling basic accounting tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. Fluency in English is essential to effectively communicate with international clients and visitors.

Front Desk Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and visitor logs.

Accounts Assistance:

  • Assist in processing invoices, payments, and financial transactions.

  • Maintain records of daily financial transactions and update accounting databases.

  • Assist with payroll processing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.

  • Support in preparing financial reports and documents.Handle petty cash management and office expenses.

  • Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and front desk management.

  • Experience in the tannery or manufacturing industry is a plus.

  • Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with international clients and visitors. knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
