  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with mandatory Real Estate or Investment experience

  • Excellent English communication skills - mandatory

  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online

  • Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and cash flow modeling

  • Strong understanding of rental accounting and investment tracking

  • Experience managing multiple entities or projects

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment

Position Overview

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for multiple real estate and investment entities using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Microsoft Excel.

This role goes beyond data entry - it focuses on: Simplifying and automating financial processes Recording rental income, investments, withdrawals, and payments

Preparing structured financial reports for owners, shareholders, and investors

Providing forward-looking cash flow projections

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in multi-entity bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Record Management

  • Maintain accurate books for multiple real estate and investment entities

  • Record rental income, investor contributions, distributions, withdrawals, and expenses

  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and loan accounts

  • Manage intercompany transactions where applicable

  • Reporting & Financial Visibility

  • Prepare forward-looking cash flow projections

  • Track upcoming liabilities, loan payments, and investor distributions

  • Highlight funding gaps and capital requirements

  • Monitor rental receivables and payment schedules

  • Cash Flow & Forecasting

  • Prepare forward-looking cash flow projections

  • Track upcoming liabilities, loan payments, and investor distributions

  • Highlight funding gaps and capital requirements

  • Monitor rental receivables and payment schedules

  • Automation & Process Improvement

  • Optimize workflows within ERP and Excel

  • Implement automation for recurring entries, reporting, and tracking

  • Improve financial tracking efficiency across projects

  • Standardize reporting templates

  • Investment & Capital Tracking

  • Track capital injections and withdrawals

  • Maintain accurate shareholder/investor account balances

  • Support reporting for profit distribution and ROI visibility
