Providing updates on project progress.
Analyzing client needs and expectations.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships.

Coordinating with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations).
Monitoring project timeline and delivery.
🔹 3. Market Analysis :
Analyzing the real estate/development market.
Monitoring the activities of competing companies.
Proposing new strategies according to the market.
🔹 4. Reporting and Documentation:
Preparing monthly/quarterly sales reports.
Keeping client database updated.
Maintaining meeting minutes and official documents.
