🔹 1. Accounting related work:
Entering daily transactions of developer projects.
Preparing and maintaining vouchers, bills and invoices.
Reconciling cash and bank transactions. (Reconciliation)
Keeping purchase and expense accounts updated.
🔹 2. Client and Collection Support:
Following up payments of flat/plot buyers.
Preparing and monitoring installment schedules.
Preparing and reporting arrears lists.
🔹 3. Project Account Monitoring:
Maintaining separate accounts of income and expenses of each project.
Comparative analysis of budget and actual expenses.
Providing reports to Senior Accounts Manager.
🔹 4. Documentation and File Maintenance:
Preserving contracts, money receipts and financial documents.
Assisting in the preparation of tax/VAT related documents.
Preparing necessary information for audits.
🔹 5.  Software and Reporting:
Data entry in accounting software (e.g. Tally/ERP).
Preparation of monthly income-expense and cash reports.
Reconciling bank statements.
