• Experience in real estate sales, marketing, or property development will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to achieve sales targets, manage client relationships, and work effectively in a team.

• Property Sales & Marketing: Manage sales and marketing activities for residential and commercial apartments, flats, and real estate development projects.

• Client Acquisition: Identify potential buyers and investors, develop strong client relationships, and maintain regular follow-ups to generate sales leads.

• Project Presentation & Site Visits: Present project details to prospective clients, arrange site visits, and assist in negotiating and closing sales deals.

• Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and expanding business opportunities.

• Digital Marketing & Market Analysis: Execute online and offline marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.

• Reporting & Team Management: Prepare sales reports, maintain customer relationships, and, for the Manager position, lead the sales team and monitor overall performance.
