∎ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
∎ Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruitment and Staffing
∎ Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection process for academic and non-academic staff.
∎ Prepare and publish job advertisements.
∎ Conduct initial screening and arrange interviews.
∎ Prepare appointment letters and assist in onboarding new employees.
∎ Support a positive work environment and staff well-being.
∎ Address employee grievances and escalate as necessary.
∎ Assist in disciplinary actions as per institutional policy.
∎ Monitor employee performance and assist in coordinating annual appraisal processes.
∎ Provide necessary feedback documentation and reports.
∎ Maintain staff attendance records and monthly leave summaries.
∎ Monitor and report absenteeism, lateness, and leave balances.
∎ Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
∎ Arrange in-house training programs, workshops, or external training as needed.
∎ Maintain training records and feedback.
∎ Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
∎ Stay updated on labor laws and regulations and ensure institutional compliance.
∎ Maintain updated employee files and HR databases (physical and digital).
∎ Issue HR letters, ID cards, experience certificates, etc.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

∎ Job Summary:
∎ The HR Officer will be responsible for managing and supporting all HR functions across Daffodil International School and College campuses. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance and leave management, policy implementation, performance management, training coordination, and maintaining employee records in line with institutional goals and compliance requirements.
