Job Summary:
Daffodil International College, a leading educational institution committed to academic excellence, is seeking a passionate and qualified Lecturer/Sr. Lecturer for the Department of Chemistry and the Department of English for its Dhaka campus.
Educational Qualifications: Minimum 2nd Class in Master's Degree or CGPA 3.00 in the relevant subject (Chemistry, English) from any recognized university.
Experience:
For the position of Sr. Lecturer (Chemistry, English) : At least 5 years of teaching experience at reputed colleges (Bangla/English version) is mandatory.
For the position of Lecturer (Chemistry, English) : At least 3 years teaching experience at any reputed college (Bangla/English Version) will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lectures in respective Subjects (Chemistry, English) composition as per the National Curriculum and College guidelines.
Prepare lesson plans, course outlines, and teaching materials.
Conduct regular assessments, provide feedback, and maintain accurate student records.
Guide students in academic and co-curricular activities to foster overall development.
Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs.
Assist in curriculum development, syllabus updates, and examination question setting/moderation.
Provide academic counselling and mentoring to students as needed.
Contribute to research, publications, and other scholarly activities (preferred but not mandatory).
Collaborate with faculty members to ensure a consistent and effective learning environment.
