EDUCATION
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Foreign degree holders will receive priority
EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive experience preferably in a university setting.
· At least 1-2 years in a leadership role.

· Strong organizational, documentation, and record management skills
· Professional etiquette with strong representational ability

JOB CONTEXT
The Senior Manager / Manager will oversee the administrative and operational functions of the International Affairs Office. The role requires a highly organized, proactive, and professional individual capable of coordinating international activities and maintaining strong relationships with global partners. Candidates with foreign academic degrees will be given priority consideration.
REPORTING
The Senior Manager / Manager, IAO will report to the Director, IAO.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage administrative operations of the International Affairs Office
2. Coordinate international collaborations, agreements, and mobility programs
3. Maintain documentation of MoUs, agreements, and international records
4. Communicate with foreign universities, embassies, and international partners
5. Assist in organizing international events, delegations, and academic visits
6. Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
7. Support student and faculty mobility processes (exchange, Erasmus, training, etc.)
8. Manage office schedules, meetings, and stakeholder coordination
9. Ensure compliance with institutional and international protocols
10. Provide administrative and strategic support to the Director, IAO
11. Regularly update and maintain the International Affairs website
12. Contribute to the selection process for student exchanges, scholarships, and global opportunities
13. Coordinate with internal offices and stakeholders across the university
14. Work closely with academic and program offices for international initiatives and mobility activities
