Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Strong training experience in RMG sector
Full production knowledge: Cutting → Sewing → Finishing → QC → Packing → Shipment
Experience in developing structured training modules
Good Communication skill in English & Bengali
Responsibilities & Context:
Design and conduct structured training covering full Cut-to-Ship process to improve quality, compliance, productivity, and operational excellence.
Prepare TNA (Annual & Monthly)
Develop competency-based training modules
Conduct training for Operators, QCs, Supervisors, Production & Mid-level Management
Cover Quality, Measurement, Workmanship, Product Safety, RCA, Process Control & Leadership
Evaluate effectiveness through KPI, DHU & Skill Matrix
Maintain proper documentation & reports
