• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering from a reputed university.

• Master’s in any discipline will be an added advantage.

• Experienced in sewing machine maintenance in large-scale garments unit.

• Strong technical knowledge of different sewing machine brands (e.g., Juki, Brother, Pegasus, auto cutter, fussing Mc, cuff, collar forming, special machineries etc.).

• Hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance planning.

• Experience in managing a large technical team effectively.

• Familiarity with modern maintenance systems and lean manufacturing practices.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Good command of MS Office and maintenance-related software.

• Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of sewing machines.

• Supervise machine setting, modification, and troubleshooting.

• Analyze root causes and implement continuous improvement programs

• Guide and train mechanics to improve technical skills.

• Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure timely repair support.

• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

• Work closely with Production and IE teams to enhance efficiency.
