Study Window International is a leading overseas education consultancy in Bangladesh, dedicated to helping students achieve their dream of studying abroad. We are currently expanding our Europe Division and looking for experienced, energetic, and target-oriented professionals for the position of Europe Specialist Counsellor & Admission Specialist.
The candidate will be responsible for providing professional counselling and complete admission support for students applying to European countries including UK, France, Lithuania, Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, Spain, and other EU destinations.
Job Responsibilities
Provide professional counselling to students and guardians regarding higher education opportunities in Europe.
Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable universities and programs.
Handle complete admission process from application to enrollment.
Assist in preparing and reviewing documents (SOP, LOR, CV, academic transcripts, etc.).
Maintain regular communication with European universities and admission offices.
Guide students through visa documentation and interview preparation.
Conduct pre-departure sessions and orientation.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into successful enrollments.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional campaigns.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Maintain accurate student records and submit performance reports.
