Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities – IELTS Instructor

• Deliver engaging IELTS preparation classes for both Academic and General Training modules.

• Teach all four IELTS components: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.

• Prepare lesson plans, classroom materials, and practice exercises aligned with the latest IELTS format.

• Conduct mock tests and evaluate students' performance with constructive feedback.

• Assess students' strengths and weaknesses and provide personalized guidance to improve their band scores.

• Conduct one-to-one speaking practice sessions and evaluate writing tasks based on IELTS assessment criteria.

• Monitor students' progress and maintain attendance and performance records.

• Create a positive, interactive, and motivating classroom environment.

• Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns, teaching methodologies, and best practices.

• Coordinate with the counseling and academic teams regarding students' progress and academic support.

• Ensure timely completion of the course syllabus while maintaining high teaching standards.

• Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and other institutional activities as required.
