We're Hiring: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand OSMS's presence in Bangladesh, focusing on Australia, New Zealand, UK, Canada, Europe, South Korea, Malaysia and Dubai study and migration pathways.

• Identify and engage new B2B partners, including educational institutions, training centers, and migration service providers.

• Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and integrity.

• Promote OSMS's portfolio of global education, visa, and migration services to potential clients and partners.

• Maintain accurate sales records, manage pipelines, and report on business growth metrics.

• Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
