Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with students and guardians professionally.

  2. Provide accurate information regarding study abroad opportunities, university admissions, and visa processes.

  3. Follow up with potential students and maintain regular communication to convert leads into clients.

  4. Explain consultancy services, packages, and application procedures clearly.

  5. Maintain proper records of calls, inquiries, and student information in CRM/software.

  6. Schedule appointments and counseling sessions for students with counselors/advisors.

  7. Respond to customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, and email.

  8. Build strong relationships with students by providing excellent customer support.

  9. Coordinate with admission and visa processing teams for application updates.

  10. Ensure timely follow-up for document collection, application deadlines, and payment reminders.

  11. Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

  12. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead conversion goals.

  13. Stay updated about study destinations, university requirements, and visa policies.

  14. Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly communication style at all times.
