Experience:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist students regarding study abroad opportunities
Provide accurate information about universities, courses, admission requirements, and visa processes
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Counsel prospective students and guide them through the application process
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling student queries and complaints
Follow up with leads and ensure proper conversion from inquiry to enrollment
Maintain and update student database, call logs, and CRM records
Coordinate with internal departments (admissions, visa team, marketing) for smooth service delivery
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals
Handle objections and provide proper solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay updated with the latest study abroad policies, university updates, and visa rules
Escalate complex cases to senior counselors when necessary
Appear confidently in on-camera presentations for marketing purposes (Facebook Live, promotional videos, reels, and advertisements)
Represent the company as a frontline brand ambassador in digital campaigns and student engagement content
Deliver clear and engaging information about study abroad opportunities through video content
Collaborate with the marketing team to create creative and impactful promotional content
Maintain a presentable appearance and professional communication style on camera
Participate in live sessions, seminars, and events as a speaker or host when required
Build trust and engagement with prospective students through personalized video interactions
