Position Overview:

Daffodil International College (DIC), Dhaka is seeking a passionate and qualified Lecturer in Bangla to join its academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education in Bangla language and literature, fostering student engagement, and contributing to the academic and cultural development of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver effective lessons in Bangla following the NCTB curriculum for HSC level students.

• Develop and update academic materials, syllabus, and lesson plans.

• Evaluate and assess students` performance through exams, assignments, and class activities.

• Support students’ academic development and provide extra guidance where necessary.

• Participate in departmental and institutional meetings, workshops, and seminars.

• Engage in co-curricular and extracurricular activities related to language, literature, and cultural programs.

• Maintain academic records and submit required reports in a timely manner.
