• Ability to conduct classes effectively in both Bangla and English Version curricula.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Drive, Meet), and email communication.

• Sound knowledge of online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, classroom management, and presentation skills.

• Active involvement in co-curricular or extracurricular activities will be considered an added advantage.

• Training in modern teaching methodologies will be viewed favorably.

• Candidates possessing a valid NTRCA registration certificate will receive preference.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, developing course materials, and actively participating in academic and extracurricular activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective Physics lectures in accordance with the NCTB Curriculum (English Version and Bangla Medium) and the College's academic standards.

• Prepare lesson plans, course outlines, instructional materials, and classroom resources.

• Design, conduct, and evaluate class tests, assignments, practical work, and examinations while maintaining accurate academic records.

• Provide constructive feedback and academic support to enhance student learning outcomes.

• Mentor and counsel students on academic and personal development.

• Participate actively in departmental meetings, faculty development programs, workshops, seminars, and training sessions.

• Contribute to curriculum development, syllabus review, examination question preparation, moderation, and evaluation.

• Support and participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities organized by the College.

• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, innovative, and student-centered learning environment.
