Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective Physics lectures in accordance with the NCTB Curriculum (English Version and Bangla Medium) and the College's academic standards.
Prepare lesson plans, course outlines, instructional materials, and classroom resources.
Design, conduct, and evaluate class tests, assignments, practical work, and examinations while maintaining accurate academic records.
Provide constructive feedback and academic support to enhance student learning outcomes.
Mentor and counsel students on academic and personal development.
Participate actively in departmental meetings, faculty development programs, workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
Contribute to curriculum development, syllabus review, examination question preparation, moderation, and evaluation.
