• Ability to conduct classes effectively in both Bangla and English Version curricula.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Drive, Meet), and email communication.

• Sound knowledge of online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, classroom management, and presentation skills.

• Active involvement in co-curricular or extracurricular activities will be considered an added advantage.

• Training in modern teaching methodologies will be viewed favorably.

• Candidates possessing a valid NTRCA registration certificate will receive preference.

Job Summary:

Daffodil International College, Dhaka a leading educational institution committed to academic excellence, is seeking a passionate and qualified Lecturer in Physics for its Dhaka campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, developing course materials, and actively participating in academic and extracurricular activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective Physics lectures in accordance with the NCTB Curriculum (English Version and Bangla Medium) and the College's academic standards.

1. Prepare lesson plans, course outlines, instructional materials, and classroom resources.

2. Design, conduct, and evaluate class tests, assignments, practical work, and examinations while maintaining accurate academic records.

3. Provide constructive feedback and academic support to enhance student learning outcomes.

4. Mentor and counsel students on academic and personal development.

5. Participate actively in departmental meetings, faculty development programs, workshops, seminars, and training sessions.

6. Contribute to curriculum development, syllabus review, examination question preparation, moderation, and evaluation.

7. Support and participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities organized by the College.

8. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, innovative, and student-centered learning environment.
