∎ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
∎ Experience: 7+ years in HR, with a proven track record of building HR functions from scratch. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, implement, and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
∎ Develop HR policies, procedures, and frameworks tailored to our innovative and customer-focused mission.
∎ Introduce and manage modern HR technologies to streamline processes and enhance employee experiences.
∎ Work closely with leadership to identify organizational needs, forecast talent requirements, and create scalable HR systems for future growth.
