Education:
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Accounting (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
∎ C.A (C.C) or progress towards CIMA will be an advantage.

∎ Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is a plus.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
∎ Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills.
∎ Age Range: 24 – 30 years.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in preparing financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and reports.
∎ Participate in accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes.
∎ Support month-end and year-end financial closures and reporting.
∎ Collaborate on bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
∎ Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
∎ Prepare financial analyses and reports to support business decision-making.
∎ Assist in cost analysis, cost control, and variance analysis.
∎ Support the implementation of management accounting systems for performance tracking.
∎ Provide insights for strategic planning through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
∎ Learn and optimize accounting systems and internal controls.
