  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter, Canva, Google Workspace or MS Office.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and meet content deadlines.


Responsibilities & Context:

Reports to: Group HR Head / Group Director

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy HR professional who can blend recruitment skills with creative communication. You’ll be responsible for sourcing young talent, managing LinkedIn presence, and turning Experience Group into a recognized employer brand across the apparel and manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates across all departments using LinkedIn and job portals.
  • Manage Experience Group’s LinkedIn page – post jobs, updates, achievements, and CSR content.
  • Create monthly content calendars with the Graphic Designer.
  • Assist with onboarding, employee engagement events, and internal communications.
  • Track post engagement, analyze growth metrics, and improve reach.
  • Support Group HR in digital record-keeping and HR automation initiatives.
