About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy HR professional who can blend recruitment skills with creative communication. You’ll be responsible for sourcing young talent, managing LinkedIn presence, and turning Experience Group into a recognized employer brand across the apparel and manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates across all departments using LinkedIn and job portals.
- Manage Experience Group’s LinkedIn page – post jobs, updates, achievements, and CSR content.
- Create monthly content calendars with the Graphic Designer.
- Assist with onboarding, employee engagement events, and internal communications.
- Track post engagement, analyze growth metrics, and improve reach.
- Support Group HR in digital record-keeping and HR automation initiatives.
