Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support HR Department to build and execute HR strategy to achieve overall business strategy, objectives and goals
∎ Work closely with Sales Team and HR team to provide the best value-added HR solutions that meets the business needs
∎ Proactively drive key HR Processes for Sales: recruitment, performance management, talent management, Sales team Capability development, Sales HC planning and optimization
∎ Closely involve with Sales team for Sales team capability initiatives
∎ Advise, update and train employees in all HR related policies, procedures and programs
∎ Provide input and suggestion to the business on all HR issues
∎ Actively take effective initiatives for engagement, productivity and retention of the Sales team.
∎ Data analytics for different management decisions relating to People/Performance.
∎ Take active part in internal communication and preparation of the quarterly newsletter
∎ Engage in different ad hoc projects assigned from business and HR
