Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop production plans and schedules for denim garment manufacturing, ensuring optimal resource utilization and timely delivery.
∎ Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
∎ Coordinate with the production team to resolve any issues that may affect production schedules or quality.
∎ Oversee the procurement of raw materials and supplies necessary for denim garment production.
∎ Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
∎ Work closely with the logistics team to streamline transportation and distribution of finished denim garments.
∎ Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that denim garments meet company and industry standards.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistency in product quality.
∎ Develop strategic initiatives and operational plans to archive company goals and objectives related to denim garment production.
∎ Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
∎ Prepare and manage budgets for the denim garment division, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets.
∎ Monitor expenses related to production, logistics and quality control, implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
∎ Prepare regular reports and performance metrics for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and improvement.
∎ Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize operational processes within the denim garment division.
