Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the incentives team effectively by managing the tasks of the employees working for different business teams across the bank.
∎ Prepare and monitor department's strategy to meet the organizational goals and objectives and ensure the business team is aligned with it.
∎ Keep abreast of all regulatory changes and other challenges regarding the incentives policy and guide the team accordingly
∎ Monitor closely that the department's strategy is being implemented seamlessly
∎ Monitor unit, team, individual's business performance & KPI
∎ Have an oversight on the monthly/quarterly/ half yearly business review meetings and make sure that necessary course of action is incorporated in the future strategy.
∎ Create and foster a sales culture of accountability and performance across the team
∎ Co-ordinate with concerned stakeholder's to ensure smooth daily operations and relevant activities.
∎ Evaluate the performance of the existing team, identify the strengths and weaknesses, and produce a plan for the development of the team members that will support the employees in achieving their goals
∎ Strategize the workforce planning for the sales team and ensure an effective recruitment plan is implemented to hire the required skills.
∎ Guide the team to revise the existing sales manual (ESAU) as needed and make improvements from time to time.
∎ Ensure that the team sets up a sales structure that works effectively and efficiently for the sales department which includes compensation/commission/incentive plans according to job levels, training and development program and materials, and other support systems for the department's reporting systems
∎ Oversee the development and maintenance of training calendar for the sales team
∎ Coordinate with HR to ensure all the necessary training and development programs take place on time round the year
∎ Oversee that complain management of sales team is functioning effectively
∎ Manage proper evaluation of fraudulence cases and take necessary action promptly; guide the team to scrutinize miss selling and other relevant dispute
∎ Make sure that strong compliance and guideline are adhered to as per the banking guideline and policy
∎ Ensure that candidates with high potentials and excellent academics are selected and that there is zero nepotism in the recruitment process
∎ Maintain and cross check files before forwarding them to Credit Risk Management (CRM)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6-8 years of relevant experience with a thorough understanding of business planning and functions in banking sector.
∎ Experience in leading and managing teams is required.
