Responsibilities & Context:

Our Company is a fully owned subsidiary of a renowned 1st generation Bank and one of the leading Brokerage House of DSE and CSE. We are seeking dynamic, career-focused, and results-driven individuals to join our Business Development Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the research team to prepare research reports

  • Develop Financial Model for Equity and Bond Valuation

  • Analyze financial statement of the listed companies

  • Prepare investment report and assist the Management in investment decision making

  • Approaching clients’ needs diligently and guide them as per appropriate rules and regulations

  • Develop and execute innovative business development strategies to grow equity and revenue

  • Identify and serve High Net Worth (HNW) clients and their investment portfolios

  • Supervise client portfolios across various equity and investment instruments

  • Execute nationwide sales initiatives to expand the client base

  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships while attracting new funds to facilitate prudent investment decisions

  • Conduct regular communication and meetings with existing and potential clients to explore business opportunities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales, trading, and related operational matters

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines imposed by regulators

  • Prepare periodic management reports as required

  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
