Strong credit and financial analysis capability (FSS/CRG, cash-flow, security valuation, covenant setting).
Solid knowledge of corporate lending, trade finance, guarantees, working capital and term facilities.
Sound understanding of Bangladesh Bank regulations, internal credit policies and AML/CFT requirements.
Experience in portfolio monitoring, early warning identification and NPL/SMA management.

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven professional to lead a Wholesale Banking Relationship Unit. The role is responsible for driving portfolio growth, maximizing risk-adjusted returns, strengthening asset quality, and ensuring full regulatory compliance while building strong corporate client relationships.
Drive business plan, budget and P&L for funded and non-funded corporate facilities, deposits and fee income.
Expand wallet share through structured lending, trade finance, transaction banking and cash management solutions.
Ensure sustainable portfolio growth with strong asset quality and optimized funding mix.
Originate and deepen relationships with top-tier corporates, institutions and large local groups.
Identify cross-sell opportunities across trade, cash management, cards and treasury products.
Position the bank as a primary banking partner and secure business mandates.
Ensure end-to-end credit process quality including due diligence, financial analysis, structuring and documentation.
Monitor portfolio performance, identify early warning signals and coordinate to prevent slippages.
Maintain strong control over NPL/SMA management and overall portfolio health.
Mobilize low-cost and term deposits from corporate clients and optimize funding mix.
Grow trade finance (LC, LTR, LIM, BG) and contingent business.
Drive adoption of transaction banking and payment solutions.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, Bangladesh Bank regulations, KYC/AML and sanction requirements.
Maintain strong documentation standards, audit readiness and timely closure of compliance issues.
Lead and coach Relationship Managers/SMRs, set KPIs and review performance.
Build a performance-driven, customer-centric and compliant culture within the unit.
