Location: Head Office, Dhaka

Job Grade: SO - AVP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and implementation of leadership, functional, and behavioral development programs.
  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of learning programs including calendars, logistics, faculty, materials, and evaluations.
  • Manage LMS operations including course creation, nomination, exam management, and reporting.
  • Work closely with HRBPs and business units to identify training needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external trainers/vendors for program delivery.
  • Support execution of Management Trainee, Graduate Trainee, and early-career development programs.
  • Prepare regular MIS, dashboards, and reports for management review.
  • Responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance in L & D across the bank.
