Additional Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of relevant banking experience, preferably in Corporate Banking or Corporate Relations.
Proficiency in MS Office & PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills in Bangla & English.
In depth industry, product, and credit knowledge.
Clear understanding of internal/external credit policies and FEX guidelines.
Proven ability to coach and develop talent for succession.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive new account booking and portfolio expansion.
Achieve budget targets for assets, deposits, exports, and imports.
Reduce Non Performing Loans (NPLs) and maintain a high quality credit portfolio.
Deliver superior customer service with zero complaints.
Grow the customer base through marketing, referrals, and cross selling.
Monitor account performance daily and manage Early Alert Accounts.
Train and mentor ARMS/AOs to strengthen credit analysis and relationship management skills.
Ensure compliance with Prime Bank`s credit policies and Bangladesh Bank regulations.
