Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams and strategic partnerships.
Proven track record of developing and managing relationships with real estate developers and generating business through channel partnerships.
Strong understanding of the real estate market, property financing, and mortgage business.
Strategic Partnership Management: Develop and execute developer partnership strategies by building strong relationships with real estate developers and industry stakeholders, onboarding new partners, and managing collaboration agreements to drive Home Loan business growth.
Business Development & Growth: Drive Home Loan business growth by generating leads through developer partnerships, expanding customer acquisition channels, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Team Leadership & Management: Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team by setting clear performance standards, providing coaching and mentorship, and driving continuous improvement to achieve business objectives.
Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the key liaison between developers and the bank, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, efficient loan processing, and effective resolution of partnership-related matters.
Portfolio & Relationship Management: Drive portfolio growth by maximizing business through developer channels, strengthening long-term partner relationships, and monitoring performance, project pipelines, and referral effectiveness.
Governance & Reporting: Ensure effective governance through performance reporting, market insights, compliance oversight, and maintenance of accurate developer relationship and business performance records.
