This role requires working with senior leaders to diagnose organizational challenges, build scalable learning systems, and implement change initiatives that elevate performance across the individual, team, and organizational levels.
Job description:
A. Learning & Development (People Development & Learning Agility):
1. Training Needs Assessment (TNA):
Conduct skills-gap and behavioral-gap assessments in collaboration with department leaders.
2. Learning Agility & Capability Development:
Develop and implement frameworks to enhance learning agility, innovation, and future skill readiness.
Strengthen LMS capabilities and promote continuous learning through virtual and blended solutions.
3. Training Design & Curriculum Development:
Design scalable, blended learning programs aligned with organizational needs.
4. Facilitation & Training Delivery:
Facilitate impactful, interactive training sessions across functions.
Build a strong internal trainer pool to improve knowledge transfer.
5. Training Evaluation & ROI:
Conduct impact assessments, learning analytics, and annual ROI evaluation.
6. Training Program & Budget Management:
Manage the L&D calendar, vendors, training resources, and budgets with strong cost optimization.
B. Organizational Development:
1. Organizational Diagnosis & Improvement:
Lead OD initiatives using surveys, interviews, process mapping, and analytics
Develop OD roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy (7S framework: Strategy, Structure, Systems, Shared Values, Style, Staff, Skills)
2. Organizational Structure, Job Design & Evaluation:
Review and redesign organizational structures to enhance efficiency and collaboration
Lead job evaluation, mapping, and grading/banding processes
Identify critical roles and lead succession planning initiatives.
3. Performance Management System (PMS) Enhancement:
Strengthen the PMS framework to ensure alignment, fairness, and performance impact
4. Process Management Expertise:
Analyze and optimize organizational processes to eliminate inefficiencies and risks
Lead QMS (ISO–ISMS) audit compliance in coordination with consultants and internal teams
Develop SOPs, standards, and performance metrics for operational excellence
Provide continuous improvement recommendations leveraging insights and analytics
