• Capability to work under pressure and on a roster basis, including night shifts.

• Provide remote/physical support to identify and resolve computer/hardware/network-related issues for branches/departments/divisions to ensure smooth banking operations.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software faults for PCs, including technical and application issues.

• Configure and provide full support for VPN users, including laptop configuration.

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and IP telephony services for branches, sub-branches, kiosks, and ATM booths.

• Communicate systematically with stakeholders and service providers for timely issue resolution and follow-ups.

• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN and Wi-Fi services for MTB branches, ATMs, and business locations.

• Provide 24/7 network connectivity health investigation and signal reporting using network and system monitoring software.

• Proactive Data Center monitoring for preventing power outages, overheating, or environmental hazards affecting data center operation.

• Document processes, take backups, keep event logs of active and passive infrastructure, and produce shift status reports.
