Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics from any reputed university.

• Candidates who passed at least level 1 of CFA programs will be given preferences.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power BI is required. 

The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of capital markets. The main responsibilities will be:

1. Preparing detailed equity research reports, including financial models, valuation analyses and investment recommendations.

2. Conduct detailed research and analysis of listed companies, IPO prospects, and potential private placements.

3. Prepare sectoral reports (e.g., Banking, NBFI, Pharmaceuticals, Power & Energy, IT, etc.) to identify opportunities and risks.

4. Track macroeconomic indicators, budget announcements, monetary policies, and regulatory changes affecting capital markets.

5. Develop and maintain financial models (DCF, Comparable Company, Precedent Transactions, etc.).

6. Support Portfolio Managers with stock selection, asset allocation, and investment strategy.

7. Prepare investment notes, presentations, and briefing materials for internal committees.

8. Any other task assign to be assigned by the management.
