Responsibilities & Context:
- Assess credit proposals from business units and branches, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Arrange and conduct physical visits to clients, verifying financial and non-financial information on-site.
- Perform thorough financial, business, and industry analysis to evaluate credit risk, repayment ability, financial health, and borrower management capacity.
- Formulate credit opinions consistent with Bangladesh Bank and NRB Bank PLC credit policies, recommending risk mitigation strategies and loan structuring solutions.
- Manage end-to-end credit proposal processing, preparing all necessary documentation and memos within stipulated SLA timelines.
- Issue sanction advice accompanied by comprehensive documentation checklists, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor borrower’s overall performance.
