Responsibilities & Context:
Business Functions:
1. Supervise Business supporting activities of card Operations including Debit card, Credit Card, Prepaid Cards
2. Actively participate in projects including launching new product, New process prepare and review old process, enhance update practice and policies etc.
Support Functions:
3. Card Account Services: Supervise and monitor Card account service activities are performed as per approved process and policies
4. Card Transaction Processing: Supervise and monitor timely booking of card related income and share MIS to management on demand.
5. Card Finance: Ensure card financial data analysis, posting and review
6. Card MIS & Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting including CL Reporting, RIT Reporting, VISA GOC reporting, ORM Reporting, International money card transaction reporting, CIB, RIT, BigData reporting etc.
7. Card Fraud management: Develop Fraud Risk Management Framework bank wide, in order to effectively handle fraud cases/incidents.
8. Settlement and Disputes activities: Supervise and monitor timely reconciliation of settlement GLs including NRBB, VISA, NPSB settlement account. Monitor timely resolution of card transaction disputes
9. Card Project: Actively involved in different card project to ensure timely completion a per business requirement
Service Quality Functions:
1. Ensure timely execution of Cards Ops activities as per approved SLA
2. Ensure performing of assigned jobs with zero error and
3. Ensure compliance with approved departmental process & policies
4. Ensure compliance with central banks guidelines
