- Minimum 3-8 years’ experience in Banking sector with different product knowledge of Retail product.
- Computer Knowledge is a must.
- Good communication skill.
- Age not exceeding 40 years (Age relaxation may be given to deserving candidates).
Responsibilities & Context:
· The primary responsibility of this role is to review quality of assessed Credit Card/ Loan lending applications as per Product Program Guidelines
· Conduct sanity check of Contact Point Verification (CPV) Reports of applications.
· Data activity reporting, data analytics, policy review etc. and also ensure overall control on assessment process and compliance, compliance of consumer lending policy & guidelines, Cross-check Staff’s activity/role wise responsibilities.
· Daily circulation of MIS of Approved, Declined, Under Process, Query, Incomplete Loan and/ or Credit Card.
· Ensure preparation & circulation of MIS report as required by Management.
· Provide required data to CRM officials for portfolio review and account monitoring.
· Preparation & circulation of Product wise TAT scenario of proposal.
