We are looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the position of CASA Account Reviewer, Account Services, Service Delivery, Operations Division for Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth review of Personal and Non-Personal customer KYC documents for CASA account openings to ensure compliance with AML and Regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with branch teams to resolve queries and ensure timely account activation in risk-free onboarding process.
Maintaining SLA & TAT.
Submit MIS (Management Information System) reports related to account opening accuracy and turnaround times.
