4 years Bachelor`s degree, in any discipline.
Prior experience in a collection, recovery, or Credit card/Retail operations role within a bank or financial institution is advantageous.
Good communication skills and teamwork player.
Responsibilities & Context:
Initiate and maintain communication with customers regarding overdue payments through telephone calls, written correspondence, SMS notifications and in-person visits.
To liaise and negotiate with delinquent clients on their payment due issues
Conduct visits to customers` residential, business, or permanent addresses to facilitate recovery. Correspond with loan guarantors and or references via telephone or visits to encourage resolution of outstanding dues.
Visit the customer’s business premises, residential addresses, mortgaged properties, Tahsil offices and other relevant locations to verify and collect information.
Prepare and submit timely and accurate recovery reports to supervisor as required.
Maintain MIS for track payment schedule and call for collection
