Lead and manage the local collection team
Monitor recovery rate, aging and team KPIs
Negotiate with overdue customers for repayment
Ensure operations comply with Bangladesh local regulations
Achieve monthly collection targets
Requirements
Previous experience in collection/loan management in Bangladesh
Good negotiation and communication skills
Familiar with local market and customer behavior
Fluent in Bengali and basic English
Able to work under pressure
