Responsibilities & Context:
To develop stategic planning for grabbing business potential of the local area
Overall supervision of the Branch
To ensure the business target of the Branch
To help and organize sales promotions (campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions, etc.) in coordination with the other channels.
To ensure cost minimization and maximize branch profitability.
Sourcing, screning and recommending loan application focusing SME & Retail.
Pre-screening of loan applications to maintain portfolio quality.
Processing Letter of Credit (L/C) opening, amendment, and negotiation for import/export.
Handling inward and outward remittances
Ensuring compliance
Ensure a good audit rating for the branch by maintaining proper compliance.
To maintain strong asset quality
To ensure sustained drive in revenue.
To train and develop human resource
To prepare sucession.
