Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in banking, corporate finance, or relationship management in a mid/large corporate segment.
• Experience in credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment will be an advantage.
• Professional certifications (such as CFA, CPA, or Banking Diplomas) are a plus.
• Experience in handling mid-corporate lending, structured finance, or sustainable finance initiatives. Familiarity with Bangladesh Bank guidelines and emerging corporate banking trends.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial statements and business risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial analysis tools.

The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) will support Relationship Managers (RMs) in managing and growing a portfolio of mid-corporate clients. The role involves assisting in client relationship management, credit analysis, risk assessment, and facilitating financial solutions to meet clients' business needs. The ARM will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, compliance, and business growth.
Assist Relationship Managers in maintaining and strengthening relationships with mid-corporate clients. Support in understanding client needs and offering financial products and services accordingly. Handle client inquiries, documentation, and service requests efficiently.
Assist in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities in the emerging corporate segment. Support in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and financial solutions for prospective clients. ' Monitor the existing portfolio to ensure cross-selling opportunities for trade finance, cash management, and investment products.
Collect, analyze, and verify financial data, industry trends, and business performance for credit assessment. Assist in preparing credit proposals, risk analysis, and due diligence reports for loan approvals. Ensure compliance with the bank's credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with credit risk and operations teams to process loan applications and disbursements. Monitor loan repayments, overdue accounts, and potential credit risks. Support in conducting periodic client reviews and financial performance tracking.
Ensure all documentation, agreements, and contracts are in line with regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and financial arrangements. Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary reports and documentation.
