Deep understanding of foreign exchange dealing and primary dealer operations
Demonstrated capability in government securities dealing and strategic investment planning
Extensive knowledge of offshore banking operations and global funding mechanisms
Solid foundation in Islamic banking operations and associated financial principles
Advanced proficiency in Asset Liability Management (ALM) and balance sheet optimisation
Exceptional skills in comprehensive liquidity oversight and proactive fund management
Financial Management and Liquidity
Direct the overall financial management strategy to ensure long term stability
Manage daily liquidity to meet all operational and regulatory requirements
Optimise capital allocation to maximise returns across the organisation
Drive comprehensive financial planning and rigorous variance analysis
Strategic Leadership and Growth
Partner with executive leadership to design sustainable business growth strategies
Execute strategic initiatives that directly enhance overall profitability
Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities alongside the senior team
ALCO and Balance Sheet Management
Lead the Asset Liability Committee to optimise the balance sheet
Monitor and manage interest rate risks effectively through ALCO directives

Advisory and Risk Mitigation
Provide expert financial counsel directly to the board of directors
