The Premier Bank PLC. invites applications from experienced, strategic, and performance-driven HR professionals for Human Resources Division.
A. Compensation & Benefits
Design, review, and administer salary structures, allowances, incentive schemes, and employee benefits programs.
Conduct market benchmarking and compensation surveys to ensure competitive positioning.
Prepare compensation budgeting, cost analysis, and financial impact assessments.
Oversee and ensure accurate and timely monthly salary disbursement, including payroll verification, adjustments, and compliance checks.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and applicable labor laws.
Develop and maintain compensation analytics and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
B. HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Act as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units/branches.
Align HR initiatives with business objectives and performance targets.
Provide advisory support on workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and talent deployment.
Facilitate performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
Monitor employee productivity indicators and recommend improvement strategies.
C. Organization Development & Strategy
Lead and continuously enhance the performance management system to ensure alignment between individual objectives and organizational goals.
Design and implement strategic learning initiatives to strengthen capabilities across all organizational levels.
Drive leadership pipeline development, succession planning, and structured talent review processes.
Develop and execute engagement strategies to promote motivation, retention, and a high-performance culture.
Generate, analyze, and interpret HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making and measure organizational effectiveness.
Conduct job evaluations and lead organizational design initiatives to ensure optimal structure aligned with business strategy.
Strengthen the organization’s employer brand through culture-driven, value-based, and brand-aligned initiatives.
Provide strategic support in shaping HR strategy, embedding organizational values, and leading change management initiatives.
