Responsibilities & Context:
Grade: Assistant Manager – Senior Manager
Job Responsibilities
Create an efficient, friendly and service-oriented branch environment.
Manage relationships with regulators, customers, bankers and all external stakeholders.
Keep track of achievement of all targets and deliverables assigned to branch employees by respective line of business or function heads through interaction and review of relevant MIS reports.
Manage branch-based cross functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery for all lines of business and departments.
Take appropriate measures to safeguard branch assets and ensure maintenance of office infrastructure.
Control branch expenses and petty cash position.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies and guidelines.
Ensure Portfolio quality through supervision of the collection activities of the Branch as per collection protocol.
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
