Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Prior experience in financial institutions is preferred.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR governance, and performance management systems is expected
Experience in handling regulatory audits and inspections will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership and people management skills
Regulatory compliance and governance orientation
Analytical thinking and HR MIS proficiency
Effective communication and stakeholder management
Ability to drive change and continuous improvement
Lead and supervise all HR functions covering Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management System, Learning & Development, Employee Relationship and HR Systems, ensuring 100% regulatory compliance and timely service delivery.
Ensure implementation of HR strategy aligned with corporate goals.
Develop and ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are fully compliant with regulators, Labor Act and internal governance standards.
Develop annual manpower plans aligned with approved organogram and budgets
Oversee training needs analysis and annual training plan ensuring mandatory regulatory, AML/CFT ethics and compliance training completion.
Ensure effective grievance handling and disciplinary processes in line with law and internal policies.
Support Board and Management Committees with policy papers, workforce analytics, and decision support inputs.
