Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate with branch teams and Relationship Managers to meet disbursement and client acquisition targets.
Monitor product performance, customer feedback and market trends to revise offerings.
Actively promote loan and non-loan products for women entrepreneurs through campaigns and community programs.
Interpret and implement directives from the latest BB circulars on women entrepreneurship development (including quota-based disbursement, interest subsidy schemes, and refinance funds).
Conduct financial literacy programs and business advisory sessions in target clusters.
Liaise with NGOs, chambers, SME Foundation, BWCCI, and other relevant institutions for joint programs.
Identify cluster-based women entrepreneur segments (e.g., tailoring, food processing, agro-based, IT).
