JOB LOCATION: Dhaka, Head Office
JOB GRADE: Commensurate with experience
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
Develop and implement a unified business strategy to achieve the organization's growth and profitability goals.
Set clear objectives and KPIs for each team, including Deposits, Home Loans, SME, Emerging Corporate, Corporate, and Short-Term Finance.
Lead, inspire, and mentor team leaders to achieve their potential and align their operations with the overall organizational vision and priorities.
Lead cross-departmental projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators, industry partners, and key clients
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO/MD and Board on matters impacting business operations and growth.
Establish and monitor robust governance frameworks to mitigate risk and uphold ethical practices.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to adjust strategies as needed.
