United Finance PLC is a publicly listed company formed under Financial Institutions Act of Bangladesh. United Finance started its journey as a Non-Banking Financial Institution in 1989. United Finance is looking for dynamic and hardworking professional for the position of Chief Business Officer

JOB LOCATION: Dhaka, Head Office

JOB GRADE: Commensurate with experience

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Develop and implement a unified business strategy to achieve the organization's growth and profitability goals.

  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for each team, including Deposits, Home Loans, SME, Emerging Corporate, Corporate, and Short-Term Finance.

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor team leaders to achieve their potential and align their operations with the overall organizational vision and priorities.

  • Lead cross-departmental projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators, industry partners, and key clients

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO/MD and Board on matters impacting business operations and growth.

  • Establish and monitor robust governance frameworks to mitigate risk and uphold ethical practices.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to adjust strategies as needed.
