Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in capital markets
Must have sound knowledge regarding trading rules & other concern regulatory in the capital market i.e., DSE, CSE, CDBL, BSEC etc.
Skills: Strong salesmanship, portfolio management expertise and in-depth knowledge of the capital market.
The applicants should have experience in Portfolio Management and Research.
Ensure smooth operations and compliance with BSEC, DSE, CSE, and CDBL updated Rules and Regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative business development strategies to grow equity and revenue
Identify and serve High Net Worth (HNW) clients and their investment portfolios
Supervise client portfolios across various equity and investment instruments
Execute nationwide sales initiatives to expand the client base
Maintain and nurture existing client relationships while attracting new funds to facilitate prudent investment decisions
Conduct regular communication and meetings with existing and potential clients to explore business opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales, trading, and related operational matters
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines imposed by regulators
Prepare periodic management reports as required
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management
