  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management, Finance, MIS, ICT, or related fields from a reputed university.

  • Relevant certifications such as PgDHRM, SHRM, CIPD, HR Analytics, or IT certifications (for HRIS roles) will be added advantages.

  • No 3rd Division/Class in any academic record.

  • Preferences will be given to those who have hands on experience in developing and maintaining HRIS,

  • Experience in banking HR will be given preference.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • High integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory awareness.

  • Skilled in MS Office, HR data handling, report preparation, and digital tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure with strong accuracy and time management.

To reinforce our Human Resources Division with strategic depth, operational excellence, and advanced HR capabilities, the Bank is seeking dynamic, skilled, and forward-thinking HR professionals for multiple positions under HR Operations, Governance, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Data Analytics, and HR Technology.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Leadership & Governance: Assisting in leading strategic HR initiatives across the Bank, ensuring strong HR governance, regulatory compliance, disciplined policy implementation, and oversight of manpower planning, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, cultural alignment, digital HR transformation, and long-term strategic workforce planning.
  • Disciplinary Proceedings & Compliance: Manage end-to-end disciplinary processes — including case handling, processes of lawful hearings, documentation, and reporting — ensuring full adherence to HR Policy, Bangladesh Labor Law, Bangladesh Bank guidelines, and internal controls, while coordinating effectively with Legal, ICCD, Branches, and other related tasks for proper governance and resolution.
  • Talent Acquisition & Talent Hunt: Lead the Bank’s recruitment and talent acquisition efforts — including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, campus hiring, internship programs, branch-level recruitment, and manpower planning — while strengthening the employer brand through structured talent pipelines and data-driven recruitment analytics.
  • HR Data Management & Analytics: Manage employee databases effectively, HR dashboards, manpower statistics, and MIS reporting with accurate and timely data updates, while conducting workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making and HR planning.
  • Salary, Payroll & Compensation Management: Oversee end-to-end payroll operations—including monthly salary processing, adjustments, tax deductions, and benefits calculation—ensuring zero-error disbursement through strict compliance with HR Policy, regulatory requirements, and coordination with Finance, while supporting compensation structure reviews, pay benchmarking, and annual salary revision analytics.
  • HR Software Development / HRIS: Collaborate with ICT and software vendors to design, develop, upgrade, and maintain HR systems while driving process automation (attendance, leave, PMS, transfers, service records etc.), conducting system testing, troubleshooting HRIS issues, and ensuring workflow optimization and data integrity.
