Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic record. A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline, is preferred.
Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in large-scale infrastructure environments with a strong focus on DevOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI), container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift), and automation.
Deep understanding of Cloud Architecture and Hybrid/Multi-Cloud deployments.
Strong knowledge of Linux administration, containerization (Docker/Podman), and Kubernetes/OpenShift cluster operations.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, Tekton, or ArgoCD.
Familiarity with DevSecOps principles, security hardening, and compliance frameworks.
Certifications: CKA, CKAD, CKS, OpenShift Administration, AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, OCI Architect Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and Red Hat OpenShift environments (on-premises, cloud, or hybrid).
Perform lifecycle management: upgrades, patches, monitoring, logging, and backups.
Troubleshoot complex issues in containers, pods, networking, and storage.
Manage multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
Optimize cloud resources for scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, Tekton, or ArgoCD.
Automate deployment workflows for microservices and cloud-native applications.
Implement GitOps practices for consistent and secure deployments.
Apply security best practices for Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters (RBAC, network policies, vulnerability scanning).
Integrate DevSecOps principles into CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure compliance with enterprise-grade security and regulatory standards.
Implement observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
Ensure high availability and reliability of platforms under increasing loads.
